Our mini soccer program is divided into age categories.

Ages 3 & 4 years old

Little Strikers

This program introduces our younger players to soccer with drills and fun activities. Parent participation is essential. Practices are run by our micro soccer coordinator . Please note players must be 3 by May 1.

Ages 5 & 6 years old

Micro Soccer

Micro Soccer focuses on skill development and fun through drills and mini organized games. Participants are divided into teams with a coach. Practices are run by volunteer coaches who are provided practice plans on a weekly basis. Our program coordinator and her team are on the field at all times to make sure things run smoothly.

All registrations for MWCRA are through Amilia By using Amilia for our registration process you have the benefit of knowing how many spots are available, the opportunity to be placed on a waiting list if a class is full, receive reminders and updates, download child fitness tax receipts directly, as well as the easy of making quick and efficient payments online.

Please note that all MWCRA programs require an annual family membership of $30.00. This membership covers the entire family and is a one-time annual fee payable March 1 of every year.

When you register for an activity, the Amilia system will prompt you to purchase the membership. It will automatically be added to your family account.

The Mini soccer program is run in the spring for 6 weeks.

Classes are once a week. The MWCRA reserve the right to cancel any class that does not have sufficient registration.

Little Strikers

This program requires one parent to accompany each child. Our head coach and assistants will guide you through games and activities as a group. The goal of this program is to introduce the game os soccer to your little ones in a non -competitive environment, using games and activities.

Micro Soccer

In this program players are broken into teams that are managed and run by a volunteer coach. The team coach is supported by our Head Coach who supplies all the drills, explanations and support on the field.

There is a coaches clinic before the season starts to explain the drills and any any questions.
